Jen and her team were an absolute pleasure throughout our entire remodel process. We hired them to design a complete remodel of our primary bedroom and bath. I was inspired by a spa I had visited and sent a picture to Jen for her take. She came back with a Modern Moroccan vibe that looked timeless and inviting. She spearheaded every aspect of the project for us. She worked closely with the contractor and all of the subs to implement her beautiful vision. She made my choices simple - not too many but enough variety for me to feel the look reflected my tastes as well. On top of this, we were in another state for the entire duration of the project. There were very few (if any) hiccups and both she and the contractor kept me up to date of the progress. It was finished on time and we couldn't love it more. Jen Lossing of Artistic Abode Designs is the Interior Designer you dream of. She takes all your ideas into consideration, creates a color palate you absolutely love that makes you feel great, and then puts together a stunning, professionally styled, pulled-together look you could have never accomplished on your own. Jen was open to all my brilliant ideas for saving money on the remodel and on furniture purchases—and she kept all the subcontractors (electricians, painters, tile guys, etc.) moving through in orderly progression so I didn't have to manage any of that myself. (They want to please her, so when she says "show up" they actually show up.) We absolutely love our results in main living areas, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and our lovely comfortable screen porch. Every area of the house coordinates beautifully with every other area and "makes perfect sense." This gives me joy every time I walk in the door. Jen's fees were extremely reasonable ("Much cheaper than a marriage counselor!" I like to say) and she was so personable and so much fun to have in the house that I’m really going to miss her!
